Media Converter

Convert video and audio files between different formats using the built-in converter.

How to Use

1. Go to Media Converter in the sidebar
2. Select an input file (video or audio)
3. Choose output format/codec:
   • H.264 — MP4, best compatibility
   • H.265 (HEVC) — MP4, smaller file size
   • VP9 — WebM format
   • AV1 — MKV, modern codec
   • MP3 — Audio extraction
4. Set output folder and filename
5. Click Convert

Progress

The converter shows real-time progress as the file is being processed.

This is useful for converting downloaded videos to formats compatible with specific devices or editing software.
